- 02The patient’s vital signs are then assessed Including hypertension, diabetes and heart rate. Vital signs assessment is an important step of the diagnosis as it affects the treatment plan process.
- 03The patient is then accompanied to the diagnosis department where the specialized operator examines the patient both clinically and by taking intraoral photos. The specialized operator then discusses the treatment plan to the patient while taking the chief complaint and medical history into consideration.

In case the patient should start with the treatment plan on the same day, an appointment would be scheduled only if the specialized department is not fully booked.
